Product Description MONSTER XGL400 CVAA-10 - The most future-generation video game console requires the most advanced cable technology. The XBOX features 250 MHz GPU drawing 125 million polygons per second, a 733 MHz Intel chip, and an audio processor that will support 256 stereo voices, 3-D audio and Dolby AC3 encoding. That kind of power requires some serious interconnects, indeed!

Worked fine for 2 weeks and boom November 22, 2008 I read a lot about this cables on the web. Seemed this were the best ones to resurrect my old Xbox on my 47" LCD TV. They worked great for two weeks. Today the signal began to have distortions, the image was moving and then it was cut in half. At first I thought it was my TV, but it resulted it was the Monster Cable's fault. Now I have NO SIGNAL on my TV. If any one knows if this is normal and can be fixed please let me know. But by know I can tell you "Don't buy this cables".
Modded Xbox and HDTV? These are a must! September 12, 2008 Just as everyone else has mentioned, if you have an HDTV and a modded Xbox (for XBMC), this is a must have! If you have it, it's recommended by XBMC to only upconvert to 720p but you can also go to 1080i.
And like all the other reviews, these suckers are tough to get on! One reviewer said to get some oils/lubricant but I was too lazy to go to the store to get some so I decided to try it without it. All you have to do is twist and wiggle (just a little bit) and they go in pretty easily. Do NOT try to force them in as I tried that at first...and you can really screw something up if you decide to keep pushing.
Be sure to have the most current XBMC and set it to 720p (or 1080i if you'd like). Great product!
XBOX MONSTER COMPONENT VIDEO CABLE September 8, 2008 VERY WELL BUILT COMPONENT CABLE SET. IMPROVES PICTURE QUALITY ON THE ORIGINAL XBOX. YOU CAN NOW RUN YOUR XBOX AT UPTO 1080I (with a modded xbox).
Just wow August 31, 2008 When I fist hooked my XBOX up to my HDTV the I noticed that all the colors seemed to ve faded and blurred. At first I thought it was because the console was really old and the GPU was dying. Then I thought "maybe it's the cables." Monster makes the best cables that I have ever used so I picked these up. It wasn't hard to get them on the TV jacks like everyone said, maybe I'm just super strong. I immediately noticed things in my games that weren't there before. These cables are f-ing amazing.
Connect your XBOX to your HD TV March 30, 2008 Good connectors, haven't had any problems with over two years of use. You'll probably also want to get the TOSLink cable to connect your XBOX to a digital receiver. This cable hooks directly into the component inputs of your HD set, and allows you to view up to 720p sources--anything more and the XBOX itself starts to chug.
