Great Controller! December 2, 2008 Controller works great with my Xbox 360! Would recommend it if you're looking for a second controller for your system and something for your PC.
Best Controller!! November 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the best controller ever. It has great comfort and solid build quality. I have a Logitech Dual Action gamepad, and this is much better since first of all it is wireless! No more worring aobut the cord!
Second, the triggers are easier to use than the normal shoulder buttons on the Dual Action. I play NBA 2K9 on the PC and it is easier to sprint using the trigger.
In addition, I like the analog sticks' placements compared to the Dual Action. I like how the left analog stick is in the top left and the d-pad is to the bottom left of it. The dual action had it the other way around.
On Amazon, it is much cheaper than in other stores like Circuit City.
Unlike other people said, it doesn't need external usb hubs or anything.
I use the program Xpadder so that you can use the controller to control Windows.
Now I don't use the mouse that much. I highly recommend this controller and I recommend getting it from Amazon.com since it is the cheapest.
Play PC games the right way with this great controller! October 29, 2008 This controller takes away the awkward feeling of playing on a keyboard and mouse by using the famous Xbox 360 controller! The controller is exactly the same as the wireless controller used for the 360 and utilizes a very small receiver that you can hide out of sight! My only con is that it wasn't compatible with COD4 out of the box, so I have to a use a game profiler like Pinnacle to play it.
Microsoft XBox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows October 24, 2008 Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows Someone should have told be before I bought a Logitech wireless controller that it wouldn't work with most PC games. Playing Medal Of Honor Airborne was a pain. The forward\backward movement was reversed and I tried everything to get it to work it was driving me nuts!! In comes the Xbox 360 wireless controller for Windows. It works on this game and others that are capable of controller activity. It took about a half hour to get use to the controls, but one you do the game action is awesome. If you are a PC gamer you need to get one (or more) of these. You won't regret it.
Console Envy October 9, 2008 OK... so I don't have a console, but I do have a decent computer with a good graphics card. Now I can play many of my favorite games without having to mash on a keyboard. Well worth the money. You can also use it with an Xbox 360 down the road if you feel the need. Communications seem to be very reliable and the drivers / setup was very easy.
