Product Description A sleek, comfortable shape that fits your hands beautifully... all the buttons you need to dominate Xbox games... two analogue sticks with a full 360 degrees of control... and the quality you've come to expect from Logitech. All in a package that fits almost any budget. It's about the 100% Xbox-compatible Logitech Precision Controller. It works with every Xbox game on the market. Now go dominate!
Amazon Product Description Designed for use with the Xbox entertainment system, the Logitech Precision Controller for Xbox is a sleek, sculpted handheld gamepad that's loaded with far more amenities than its affordably low price might indicate. To help you win your games easier and quicker, the unit sports a massive control set that includes a full half-dozen pressure-sensitive action buttons, two front-mounted pressure-sensitive index finger triggers, one 8-way directional pad, and two 360-degree analog mini-joysticks. To help convince you that you're in the center of the action, it also features a pair of vibration feedback motors that activate in accordance with your current situation -- if you crash your airplane, for example, you'll experience a series of tactile rumbles. And as if that wasn't enough, the Precision Controller offers high-performance gold-plated connector pins, an extra-long 9.5-foot connection cable, two expansion slots for memory cards and other peripherals, and Microsoft-approved compatibility. If you're an Xbox fan, you could do far worse than the affordable yet extraordinarily well-equipped Logitech Precision Controller for Xbox.

Great Controller!
Gamer with too much time. November 26, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought mine used at a local Gamestop and I loved it. First off it feels very comfortable and is only slightly larger than the S controller. Unfortunately for me, mine appears to be defective, the left trigger is extremely sensitive, to the point where I'm not even touching the trigger and it will be activated.
This fact aside, everything about the controller is superior to that of the S, even the fact that you may need a spare set of batteries shouldn't turn you off. Just try not to run afoul of Logitech's sub-par customer service.
Very nice and cheap gamepad August 1, 2005 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I think this is one of the best wired gamepads on the market, next to Controller S, that is. The triggers are very precise, but easy on the fingers. The game pad has a dip where you place your middle fingers for more comfortable gamin' hours.
The face buttons, (X,Y,B) seem to be smaller than S's face buttons. When playing for a while, take care not to grip too hard. When I did it, my middle finger started to go numb due to that middle-finger dip. Other than that, this is the best, cheapest, Xbox controller in my book.
Horrible left 3/analog button July 14, 2005 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Unlees they fixed this problem the reviewer above(Gregory C. Dibartolome) is crazy. Like the other reviewer stated about FPS games the left 3 (the click down button on the analog) only works in the center, or may also work up or down, but moving from one to the other cancels out the function, which makes moving in some games a frustrating nightmare. Particuarly in FPS and games like Mech Assualt. It basically renders the controller useless. I almost didn't buy it, but the reviewer above stated it works great. Not... Other than that, if you don't need this controller to operate the way Microsoft intended, or if you don't need to use the left 3 button it's a solid, well built controller. I'm sure Logitech has addresed the problem, but unfortunately the old ones are still out there, and the one I bought on here is defective.
Only a slight problem for FPS games... May 14, 2005 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was hoping for an excellenet product, and in fact this controller feels very solid and durable, and performs as well as the Controller S in every game, except....clicking the Analog Sticks down is extremely difficult when tilted, expecially the left analog stick wich doesn't even clicks down in any other position that in the center, which renders it unusable in most FPS games where it's mapped to crouching.
