Product Description The Guitar Hero 2 Controller feels just like a real guitar, making it the ultimate way to jam on your Xbox 360. Players press the fret buttons in sync with scrolling "notes" on screen that indicate the rhythm of the song. Players activate these "notes" by flicking the strum bar on the Guitar Hero 2 Controller. With a second Controller, Guitar Hero turns into the ultimate party game!! The dual guitar action on songs like Iron Man and More Than a Feeling will have the crowd going nuts. Stylized Start and Select buttons that look like volume knobs off an actual guitar

guitar hero 2 guitar controller September 29, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
this is a great controller have not had a problem with it and got here really quick considering I live over seas got here in about 1 to 2 weeks which is fast as all get up when most stuff takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get here thank you.
Flawless guitar September 16, 2008 This guitar is one of the best guitars I have played on and I own the wireless "Les Paul" guitar too,but I don't like it as much as this one. This guitar is awesome because the buttons are easy to press and easy to do guitar solos too.I use this guitar on Guitar Hero II,III,and Rock Band,it's nice and responsive even on hard mode. The guitar does come with a cord, but its nice sometimes when you don't have to recharge batteries all the time,I already have to do that with my other two controllers.I prefer GH guitars over RB guitars because the strum on the RB guitars has a mushy strum bar and it's hard to use.
I had it for a year now and I don't have any problems with it.I recommend this guitar for GH/RB games and is easier to play songs on hard than the "Les Paul" and RB guitars.
Pros: responsive strum bar and buttons, guitar is lightweight, easy to hold in hand, durable constrution
Cons: clicky strum bar and has a cord(not wireless)
Great game, poor quality control on guitar September 9, 2008 Great game, great controllers - when they work. Ordered 2, one bad right out of the box. Tilt sensor erratic. RMA in work, but this just cost me another round of shipping. Manufacturer needs to tighten up the quality control program.
Yes, it works with the PC version of GH3 September 2, 2008 I own the PC version of Guitar Hero III. The game comes with one guitar and I wanted another to hook into the multi-player option. This guitar has a USB connection and was recognized by Windows XP with no trouble.
wired Heaven August 20, 2008 This is an awesome guitar I own it. I purchased this one as a gift for a friend who had the wireless one. He was very unhappy and had never used the wired version. I talked to him and he is very happy with the performance. The cable is long so you wont have any issues with that
